Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the VPNCar marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. It explains what information this service processes, why it is processed, and how users can manage it. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own privacy policies.

Account Information and Processing Purposes

VPNCar does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password; an email address is neither required for registration nor a prerequisite for starting a subscription. Keep your login credentials secure, and do not include your password or a complete subscription link in a support ticket.

This service processes account identifiers, authentication information, subscription status, and traffic usage to verify identity, provide subscriptions, track usage, and maintain accounts. When users submit a support ticket, its description and attachments are used to address the request. Please provide only what is needed to investigate the issue, and redact personal information unrelated to it.

No-Logs Policy and Operational Data

VPNCar follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through the subscription service, retain browsing content, destination domains, DNS query history, or connection logs that could reconstruct browsing activity, or create individual browsing histories.

Temporary operational status needed to establish a connection is used only while processing that connection and is not retained as historical connection logs. Account traffic usage is used for plan metering and handled separately from browsing content. Troubleshooting relies on service operation information and issue details users choose to provide; complete browsing records are not required. Quantum encryption describes the security of this service and does not replace users' responsibility to protect their account credentials.

Usage Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help assess page visits, referral sources, and entry-point clicks, and whether content is easy to find. These website statistics are not browsing records from subscription routes and are not used to reconstruct users' activity when accessing international websites through this service.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save interface preferences, and support analytics. The user panel may store authentication tokens locally to verify identity in later requests. Users can restrict cookies, clear site data, or log out through their browser settings. After clearing data, users may need to log in again and reset preferences. Clearing local data does not automatically delete account or order records stored on the server.

Order Records and Third-Party Payments

VPNCar supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Order records include the selected plan, amount, order status, and transaction identifiers needed to verify payment. They are used to provide the service, process refunds, and resolve transaction disputes, not to analyze users' browsing content.

Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment provider. Its policies determine the scope and retention of its processing. VPNCar receives the payment result needed to confirm an order. Check the payment page and order details before paying, and do not include your payment account password in a support ticket. See the Terms of Service for refund rules.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account and subscription information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and dispute records are retained as needed for transaction verification, applicable legal requirements, and necessary traceability. When the purpose has ended and there is no need to retain the information, it will be deleted or anonymized. Different data categories are not all kept indefinitely.

Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account information through a user panel support ticket. To prevent accidental deletion, this service verifies that the request is associated with the account. If some records cannot be deleted because of an open order, a dispute, or a legal requirement, the scope and reason for retention will be explained. Deleting an account may make its subscription and related records unavailable, so please first confirm that no matters remain to be addressed.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

This service processes and provides information only as necessary to deliver the service, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal requirements. If users have questions about data use, storage, or deletion, they can access support through the contact page and describe the account and request involved.

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Important changes affecting processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Users can review updates before continuing to use the service; if they have questions about a change, they can submit a support ticket to learn more about its specific impact.
