Quantum encryption

Cross-border access involves account logins, file transfers, and everyday communications, so connection security and account management deserve separate consideration. VPNCar uses quantum encryption to help secure connections. You should still verify website addresses and keep passwords and subscription details safe. Subscription links grant access and should not be shared in public documents or groups. When switching devices, retrieve your subscription from the user panel and check the connection status in your client to keep routine use and access management clear.

Coverage in 100+ countries

Choose a region based on where you need to connect, not just on which place name looks familiar. VPNCar covers 100+ countries, giving you options for international sites, remote work, and streaming. If you use the same service regularly, stick with a familiar region to avoid extra account checks from frequent location changes. Coverage gives you options, but content availability and account eligibility depend on the destination service’s regional rules and your actual results.

250+ routes to choose from

Different route types work like different lanes; the right choice depends on your destination and use case. VPNCar offers 250+ routes, including IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct connections. Narrow the options by region, then test them with the apps you actually use—route names alone tell you little. Keep preferred routes for work, AI tools, and streaming. If something goes wrong, try another route type in the same region to help distinguish issues with your local network, route, or destination service.

At peak times, check whether your apps stay usable

During peak hours, opening a webpage doesn’t guarantee that meetings, file syncing, or video playback will keep running smoothly. Try an IEPL dedicated route in a region you use often, then check it with your work apps. If performance changes noticeably, keep the destination region the same and try a relay or direct route to compare paths. Reliability also depends on your local network, Wi-Fi signal, and destination site, so don’t treat a single test as a long-term verdict. VPNCar’s route options let you keep alternatives for different use cases. When switching routes, note which app had the issue before making changes.

Use AI tools while keeping your region consistent

When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, connecting is only one part of the process. The service must also support your account and connection region. Check the service’s regional guidance first, then choose a suitable route. Keep your region consistent when signing in and using the service. If a page won’t load, a response is interrupted, or account verification appears, check your subscription status, client connection, and the service’s announcements separately. Avoid repeatedly switching between multiple regions. VPNCar offers international route options, but account access, content rules, and availability are determined by each tool’s operator.

For streaming, check the catalog first, then playback quality

Streaming catalogs and playback quality depend on content region, account plan, playback device, and current network conditions. After choosing a route, check whether the title you want is available, see if playback stays smooth, and then confirm the player’s actual resolution. For 4K content, also check that your account and device support it. Platforms may identify connection locations differently over time, so route examples do not guarantee a particular catalog. VPNCar recommends testing with your destination service and keeping routes that work for the content you watch. If playback has issues, first rule out local network congestion.

Unlimited concurrent connections

Whether you use a computer for work, a tablet for streaming, or other devices for syncing files, there’s no need to split subscriptions by device count. VPNCar supports unlimited concurrent connections on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Configure a client and import the subscription separately on each device, then check its connection status there. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your plan’s remaining allowance when using multiple devices. Treat subscription links as account credentials. Remove local settings from retired devices so they no longer retain access, and keep device and data management separate.

Manage your account and connection in one place

Create an account with a username and password—no email required. From the user panel, check your plan, get the client and subscription, and import them on your platform. Both are available through the panel, so there’s no need to hunt through different articles for installation links. If you’re new, start with a short guide, connect, then adjust routes and traffic rules for your apps. If you run into connection issues, keep the error message and setup details, then explain the problem in a panel support ticket. Don’t share your full password or subscription link.

7-day refund policy

Before choosing a subscription, check the data allowance, billing period, and supported platforms. After activation, test it with your usual network and apps to see whether it fits your needs. To request a refund, submit an application through the user panel. Refund terms and plan prices are listed separately; see the Terms of Service for the full rules.

International routes and use-case guide

Narrow down your options by region, route type, and destination app. The table below shows example use cases, not live monitoring. Check streaming support on the relevant platform; the region name alone doesn’t determine the available catalog or resolution.

Choose a region, then a route

If your work system requires a specific region, start there. For general international sites, begin with a region you use often and test it with your destination app. IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct describe route types, not a universal ranking of connection quality. Keeping another route in the same region as a backup is more useful than memorizing a node name.

Pinpoint where the problem occurs

If your connection is having trouble, first check that your local network works, then check your plan, client, and destination site. If only one app is affected, check that app’s regional rules and service status first. If all apps are affected, try updating your subscription or switching routes. Change only one thing at a time so you can tell whether the issue is related to the route, device, or network.

This route overview is for browsing reference only. Actual performance depends on your local network and destination apps; the homepage route map illustrates route use cases.

Monthly plans and data packs

First decide how regularly you’ll use the service, then compare data allowances. Monthly plans suit ongoing access to international websites, work, and everyday use. Data packs are consumed as you go and work well when usage is intermittent. The key difference is the data usage period, not the number of devices: VPNCar supports unlimited concurrent connections.

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9/month

For browsing, text-based communication, and light data use. If you often stream video or transfer large files, reassess the allowance based on your actual usage.

250GB Monthly Plan

¥18/month

For a mix of browsing, online tools, and video. Whether it’s enough depends on streaming quality, file sizes, and how often you use it. Check your data usage in the panel.

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28/month

For users who need a larger monthly data allowance. Factor in simultaneous use across devices, continuous streaming, and file transfers rather than choosing based only on the number of devices signed in.

Data packs: use as needed, never expire

Choose ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, or ¥658 / 3000GB. Data packs don’t reset monthly, making them suitable for intermittent use when you want to manage access based on your remaining data. Before choosing, understand how monthly plans and data packs differ; don’t confuse a monthly allowance with data that remains available over time.

Understand resets and upgrades separately

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first day of the calendar month. Check the reset time shown in your account when planning your usage. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Before confirming, check the updated plan and remaining time in the panel so you don’t overlook the billing period while comparing data allowances.

Check your order details before paying

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. In the panel, confirm the plan name, price, and billing method, then complete payment on the order page. After payment, return to the panel and check the order and subscription status. If the status hasn’t updated, check the order details and contact support by ticket rather than repeating the same order.

Guides to routes, setup, and subscriptions

If you’re new, start with the terminology, then choose routes based on what you need to do. If you’ve already imported your subscription, explore multi-device management and the service checklist. These articles explain how to make decisions; plan prices, data allowances, and refund terms are on the plans page and in the Terms of Service. Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel.

From connecting to managing it yourself

After setup, check that your connection region matches your apps, and learn where to update your subscription, switch routes, and check data usage. Routine maintenance doesn’t require changing every setting. Check local network changes, destination service issues, data status, and client configuration separately. For the full process, follow the complete guide step by step. If you only need to fix a current issue, find the matching symptom in the FAQ before deciding what to try next. A clear troubleshooting sequence makes it easier to pinpoint the cause than repeatedly reinstalling the client.
